It's all just sequels.. Across the board
Not really, it just tends to be sequels that people look forward to (due to past pedigree) There will be some great original games they just tend to come in a bit more under the radar (like say Arkham Asylum did)
I'm sorry but AvP 2 from 2001 was amazing and still is the best AvP game, especially the marine missions. Last years was meant to be amazing but it was a horrible plastic looking console port.... you know it to be true!

Bioshock infinite looks potentially amazing. I really liked the Rapture universe, especially from Bioshock 1. This new universe looks a bit too colourful for me, but I saw a gameplay trailer that looks great.
Arma3 makes BF3 look like MW3 in terms of realism but I'm guessing it will need dual 7970s to look even anything like the trailer I saw of it

Well, i played all the way through the first one, totally hooked. Lost interest in the second one after a few hours play. Says it all really. I just felt wrong being a big daddy and the game just felt rushed to me. Not a patch on the first one.
