As i'm working my notice period at the moment i'd say about 75% of my day is spent here.

More than usual at the moment because I've still got long covid so I can't move around much.

The paradigm I'm using is microdistractions in order to optimise my throughput and minimise my cortisol production with a strategy revolving around technically enforced deadtime which come from existing gaps in the IT infrastructure at my place of work, this will also help us in meeting our targets with respect to mental health so actually my attention spent in OcUK is a synergy with my job and not dossing.

I only work one day a week so spend about 5 mins every hour but we are advised to get 10 minutes an hour away from the screen because of the crap we deal with.
