What Printer?

Sorry if I shouldn't post in this forum but it is photography related.

I have a relative that wants a photo printer preferably multi function with scanner. A budget of around £60 maybe more if it proves worth it. Are there any good quality printers around this price?

Their Epsom printer has just died after 1 year and about a week, 1 week out of warranty , so I don't think they would be keen on getting another.

That canon looks alright but no scanner I may suggest to them getting a separate scanner. Thanks.
