How many (w) is needed to power the computer, I don't want to be going over what I need.

Asus M4A77T
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
Coolermaster Hyper TX3
4.0GB Corsair DDR3 1600mhz DHX CL9 (2x 2GB)
1TB S-ATAII
ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB
22x DVD±RW

I probably won't be Ocing so..

looking here http://www.techspot.com/review/209-ati-radeon-hd-5770/page11.html your pc should only be requiring around 300w but i would go for 400w minimum.

eg. corsair cx 400w £30 this is the best psu in the low budget range
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-017-CS&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=

but some will say you should be getting a 500w psu, but that is your choice.

also google "psu calculator" and do one of the tests.
then i would allow at least 20% extra as a safety buffer

what ever you do, go for a quality brand and not a cheap brand.
i made that mistake before.
i bought a 350w psu (not here) and basically its pants.
it only has 12 amps on the 12v rail which means its really less than 200w!

the corsair cx 400w has 30 amps on the 12v rail
