What PSU

Just wondering what psu i should buy,i am running a amd 4400dual core,gigabyte, ka8xp9 mobo,benq 1640 writer,pioneer 111 writer and seagate 7200.10 250gig,maxtor 200 gb and a ati x800 graphics card and the psu i am using is a hiper 425 watter,should i be using something with a little more umph.

NOPE. If your PC is stable then why mess with it. That PSU is doing fine :D
 
All I would say is if you do start having things failing then change it. Hopefully it won't die and you should be fine :) Hiper is a decent brand (as far as I'm aware) but as benjo said there have been reports of them failing, if this does happen then hopefully it doesn't take any other components with it :(

Changing it for the sake of it could just be inviting trouble though. I'm not a huge fan of Hipers personally but it it works and the rails are stable I don't see the point in changing. It isn't a hugely demanding system and it works so my advice would be just to leave it but keep an eye on the rails. :)
