What PSU?

I have been looking at doing my fist build and have so far come up with this.
OcUK Gangster Case - Black
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition 3.40GHz
Asus Crosshair III Formula AMD 790FX
Asus ATI Radeon HD 4870 Glaciator+ 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

As for RAM, I am still undecided but have a good idea.
The PSU I have no idea as I dont know what it will need or what power consumption this setup will have.

Any help will be great.

Thanks for that. I am hoping to get all the kit in about a month (as soon as I can sell my RC buggy).
How hard would it be to overclock this setup?
I have also been looking at the Corsair H50 High-Performance CPU Watercooler But will need to get the bracket from some where else. Does anyone know how hard it will be and how much cost wise to get them?
