What PSU ?

Hi guys

Need a PSU to power the following. I haven't built this yet but I will be overclocking. I'm not sure what wattage I would need.

i5-4670k
Gigabyte R9 280x
Gigabyte D3HP
SSD x1
HDD x 1

I was leaning towards a fully modular PSU so the cables can be easily routed.

If someone can suggest a semi modular and fully modular for me please.

Ideally like to keep it below £70-£80.
