What Quad Core Processor Will Work?

Guys im thinking about going up to quad core now and i beleive my board supports this.

However i do not know what processor will work on my board , so any advice and help would be great and ofcourse recommendations

so any Q6600 will do ? as there is quite a few on the OCUK page. , i was toying with you know a full upgrade of mobo/ram/cpu etc... but then noticed the board does support Quad.

Yeah im sure these cpu where cheaper than stated now. Thought something had changed, but aslong as the Q6600 will defo work with my board.

yup it'll work

i'd update the bios first

you don't say which rev you have.. (says on the board, on top left, near the pci slots..)

there's a few different revs, so get the right bios for your board..

update it from the bios flashing tool (NOT FROM WINDOWS)

its rev C2 if thats any help
