What RAM should I go for when upgrading stock PC?

Hi, my girlfriend is stuggling to play some games on her stock bought PC. She's had it for about a year and it can handle things on low settings but the memory useage peaks quite often making the games run quite sluggish even on low. The CPU usage runs on average 20-30% on high settings so don't think that is an issue (i3 3.20GHz) but maybe the graphics card needs upgrading. The RAM seems a good and cheap place to start however, as she does not have the money atm for a new build.

She has 4GB RAM installed at the moment (x2 2GB modules) so would ideally want to upgrade to possible x2 4GB modules.

These are the specs of the modules, nothing high end as I mentioned this was store bought before she started playing games.

Module Size 2 GB (2 ranks, 8 banks)
Module Type Unbuffered DIMM
Memory Type DDR3 SDRAM
Memory Speed DDR3-1333 (667 MHz)
Module Width 64 bit
DRAM Manufacturer SK Hynix

and here is the motherboard and memory Bus info

Motherboard Name MSI 2A9C
Bus Type Dual DDR3 SDRAM
Bus Width 128-bit
DRAM:FSB Ratio 20:4
Real Clock 667 MHz (DDR)
Effective Clock 1333 MHz

so just looking on something that is suitable for playing games like WoW and Swtor so that her existing memory isn't maxxed out. I have gone through all the regular checks and there are no leaks elsewhere. So looking at around 8GM RAM to install, placing an order soon with OC so would like to hear your opinions on what would be the best options as I am very new at this xD

Any more info on the PC specs just ask, put everything int hat i thought was relevant. Just didn't want to get the wrong modules. Thanks!

My first guess would be something like

Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz Dual Channel K

but could be wrong xD

she is using onboard graphics also so will probably be looking for a cheapish gpu as well, have a budget of around £150 for ram and gpu
