What Ram Speed for AMD FX-4300?

This used to be easy in the good old days.

What ram speed (DDR3) do I need minimum for this CPU? I can see a max value .... what is minimum?

There is a 'this week only' special for 2400 MHz Ram for £39 but it will still be nice to know how its calculated.

if it is cheap, just get the ram, it will run at the fastest clocks the board and cpu can run.

There isn't really a minimum, you can run upto 1866 at stock, higher if you want to overclock.
