what random word to use instead of swearing in company?

shoot for the poo word
flip for the sexual intercourse word
basket case for ilegitimate child (unless i am refering to an ilegitimate child of course)

but usually i'll just say the word, even at work when i call a customer 'flipping' rude to their face

I usually use bad language to express how I'm feeling. If some one asks me "how are ya doing mate?" the simplest answer given my situation "****ing ****".

The other one is people at work trying my nerves on a bad day, norm I turn round and tell them to **** off.

So yeah, no alternatives, or just say nothing.

My missus always says "Crumbs".. it makes me laugh although she doesn't know that... It reminds me of Danger Mouse when she says it...Crumbs Penfold!!!
