What really wind's you up?

Bad manners.
Poor spelling and consistent use of the wrong word(s). Brought in place of bought is a current sore point.
Being asked to do a "favour" at work when it's never going to be repaid.
False people.
The "work laugh".
Taxes. Something wrong when you pay tax on what you earn, what you save, what you spend and what you pass on if you leave enough.
Morons that jump into me at concerts and then **** themselves when they get shoved back and challenged.
People that drive like idiots.
People on forums that say things they'd never dream of saying to someone in real life.
People in shop queues that decide to talk to their pal that works on the till for 5 minutes after they've finished packing their shopping.
The size of portions in takeaways compared to the picture. I'm so tempted to do a Falling Down.

The types of people who think it is hilarious to fire cheap BB guns out of windows at passers by. I witnessed this the other day, was in my friends room and the halls adjacent had a group of people shooting at the sports field. They would then fire a few shots at the window I was looking out of.

They then decided to hurl abuse at me because I was 'scared' of their cheap plastic weapon. I got very angry, left the room and called campus security.

It makes me think though, If they thought I was scared of their springer, what would they be when I turn up armed to the teeth, throwing grenades into their room?
Heh, ironic that they should do that to you :p

One of my friend's brothers is really in that respect though (well almost). He's always going on about how he wants to get hold of an air rifle (not airsoft) and shoot chavs from out of his window. Bloody idiot, he could kill someone (he's 14).

Man where to start :D

Without going into too much detail

EMO Kids - How is all dressing the same being different

Personal injury claims - How can people claim for things like falling from the back of a truck cos work never gave him a ladder, so he single handly decided he was going to "climb" on the truck instead disgrace

Bank Charges - Had to pay £1.75 to withdraw my OWN!!! money from a cashpoint how the hell is that fair.

Bad drivers - Old people should be made to retake the test at 60, they dont even look where going most of the time, the amount of times i have had to take severe action to stop an accident cos they didnt use a mirror.

Law system - Some of it is seriously flawed, a young "chav" round by me has been in and out of ju-ve god knows how many times and each time he comes out he commits a crime worse than the last.

Stupidity - I mean really stupid and no common sense, a lad i worked with use to come out with some complete drivvel and wouldnt except he was wrong.

Cheats - People who cant commit to one person and feel the need to play the field, says a lot about that person *removes knife from back*

Egos - People who think they are above others and look down on them for no reason, know 1 person like this and hes a complete goon.

Car insurance - Women want equal rights, but have lower car insurance :| Ok more severe accidents may be caused by men but i see a lot more men on the road then women so its bound to happen and stupidly cheaper qoutes isnt funny

Im done for now ill think of some more and ill be back.

Al Jolson winds you up?

:p

I was trying to indicate that one shouldn't take things too seriously.

ps
WTF has Al Jolson got to do with it ? He was a Blackface Minstrel who performed with a tenor (highish) voice.

Paul Robeson was the (bass) who made the song famous.

Couldn't agree more with the above. If I didn't know better I would have sworn that I wrote it.

Something I was reminded about this morning...

People on the internet who instantly cry "Photoshop!" when a picture has been posted, without giving any reasoning as to why.

This winds me up:

1. mates that think they know about pcs... ("got a new 9200 ati, its the best gfx out" )
2. when a website doesnt let you go back
3. people that dont create a conversation, just answer the questions with yes or no.
4. After people purchase something, they moan "you can get it xx p cheaper there" (who cares its a couple of pence) :p
5. When you know 100% someone is lying, but they still continue to deny it.
6. Getting woken up especially, when im having a good dream. :p
7. When mum totally cleans the room, and i no longer know where anything is - even if the room was a total mess i knew exactly where everything was.

My mum's got an old "Paul Robeson sings Negro Spirituals" album. I daren't play it on my record deck, the sub would shake the very foundations of the house to bits. Drum 'n' bass, pah, amateurs. :D

False apologies: "I'm sorry to announce that the 11:42 Central Trains Service to Nottingham has been delayed by approximately 10 years." You aren't sorry, so don't say it!! And while I'm on that subject, trains. Why is it that we have such a god-awful, useless, decaying, 3rd world POS train network in this country. Hell, even the Italians can get trains to run on time, why the hell can't we?

Also one for false apologies - those signs you see when some idiots are digging up the road for the 18th time in 6 months that say "Sorry for the inconvenience" - again, they plainly aren't sorry at all and seem to think that lying to me will make me feel better about the traffic jam. Newsflash - IT DOESN'T!

Groups of people who walk 4+ abreast down the high street forcing you to have to step into the road to get past them.

Things that are advertised as free but aren't.

Those adverts for Toucan telecom they show during CSI - (thick bloke asking 'derrr, how does this new fangled broadband interweb work then?' to his smart lady friend -if she had any sense she'd ditch him, he's obviously a thickie)

The speed Ceefax pages move at. I cannot read a page in 0.0001 of a second and don't like having to wait for a further 15 pages to load before I can finish off what I wanted to read.
