what removes/disolves superglue ?

Belt sanders have been known to be effective (orbital sanders don't have the requisite accuracy).

I would use a cheese grater as a suitable domestic alternative.

Yes, nail varnish remover is usually 50:50 acetone and water.

Oh, and acetone attacks plastics, so putting on a PCB is a fairly silly idea.

I use lighter fluid, it seems to be able to remove almost anything that water won't get rid of. I'll put some superglue on my hands sometime and try it out.

If it hadnt of been mentioned by now I would have done. :D

After a quick google I found out that acetone is a bad idea (as it attacks plastics and fibres apparently)

Though I seem to remember Turps being a good thing to use... don't quote me on that though...
