Native res of 1920x1200 but I'll usually drop down for a better fps. 1680 most of the time.

Looks like the 22" 1680x1050 may be coming common place.

I would still say across the board 1280x1024 still pinches it but due to the nature of this forum it's going to attract people with better screens

I haven't gamed on a PC in a while, was usually 1280x1024, but will be 1600x1200 when i get my new gfx card as i'm wanting to get back into it...
On the subject of widescreen monitors though, why is it that people are wanting these for gaming more and more, i keep seeing "get a widescreen monitor if you're gaming" just not sure what the bonus is over a 4:3, movies makes sense, movies are widescreen. Games aren't though and a lot of the time the same size 4:3 has a higher overal resolution than the 16:9 version.
£40 (£20 per monitor) for 2560x1024 goodness?
