the 2 NCIS series' are fantastic, as is the Mentalist, excellent excellent show.

If I can add a bit of humour in as well, both 'the Big Bang Theory' and 'How I met your Mother' are also solid staples :)

Falling Skies is great as well if you like alien survival style programs :)

House
Lost
Prison Break
Mad Men
Newsroom
The Mentalist
Suits

There is literally so many good TV shows that you could spend the rest of your life watching.

Also, anything with Ted Danson is worthwhile watching.

I like everything on that list apart from American Horror Story (never seen) and Sopranos (didn't like, believe it or not!). So as you have similar taste, I'd recommend:

The Shield (a bit like the first season of The Wire but with the darkness of Breaking Bad)
Battlestar Galactica

And if you want more:

Deadwood (Brilliant HBO series)
Rome (Another good HBO series)
Rescue Me (about post 9/11 NY Firefighters)
Fringe (good scifi kinda like a more modern X-Files)
Californication (if you fancy something more light-hearted)

But first of all, based on your list just watch The Shield, it will blow you away.
 
Deadwood is my favourite series (thanks to whoever it was from here who recommended me that a while back!) shame it's not fully conclusive but definitely worth a watch regardless. Person of Interest is another must watch for me, really enjoying that and is still current coming up to end of S2 at the mo.
 
Justified!

New season starts in January so if you start now you can get caught up before it begins. Justified will have you hooked by the time the opening credits finish on the first episode and you'll be kicking yourself that you never watched it before by the end of the episode.
