Hi guys, Im looking for a wireless broadband router and wireless PCMCIA card that will allow me to access computers on my wired network and good quality through my wireless laptop, is it worth going wireless N or boosted Wireless G? what would you recoment?

Thanks

Entirely up to you and your budget.

I use wireless 54g and I RDP from all over my house into the server as does everyone else in the family. You don't need that much bandwidth for RDP.

You can look at Wireless N as it is a good bandwidth standard, especially when coupled with a gigabit network say. Then again, the final draft still hasn't been decided has it?

In any event, my point is that you don't need anything special. Wireless 54g is fine.

Wireless G will be fine for what your after, although the next router I'm going to buy will be wireless N even if it is draft, they'll be plenty of firmware flashes when its finalised.

I always find Linksys or Netgear are a safe bet.
