what shall i get from myprotein? (and a little advice on how much i should push)

Hi,

I'm looking for

1. An after workout bar/shake
2. a daily intake.

I don't want to go crazy on the intake.

How much should I be pushing?

I'm slowly building on the weight levels i am doing. Want to try and perfect technique first and not strain every muscle in my body! I have got about 5kg on each barbell. And 14kg on the big pole. Not a lot i know. But i'm doing a fair amount of reps and different exercises.

by daily intake, you mean meal replacement?
or supplement?

tbh, if you mean supplement then dont bother for now, sort your diet out.
if you mean meal replacement, then again, dont bother, get your diet sorted out :p
