I just don't seem to find any clothes in regular fit, everything is slim. I thought of buying a larger size than I normally do with regular fit, but the sizing on these clothes is weird...

So... where do you people shop?

wherever I can find clothes that fit :P

tried on a nike jogging top earlier..
large, the back was arching upwords and the sleeves to short.
tried xlarge like a bloody tent...

Most clothes need something between large > xlarge and I would find it so easy
just gotta keep going around trying different brands until you find something... then buy multiple pairs

I have the exact same problem, my proportions are quite average, 185cm and 77kg. but finding clothes that don't make me look like a **** or chav seems impossible...

primark has the worst sizes possible nothing in there fits me apart from the odd pair of jeans I buy to destroy cycling or whatever.

also in primark I had 2 pairs of jeans both the same size apparently, one wasw clearly half a size larger than the rest and you gotta look carefully because sometimes bits of material sown on like the mini pocket on the right side won't be dyed the same colour and just looks awful.

matalan seem slightly higher quality with better fits but it's still best to go with a brand if you want something that feels nice to wear (because of the fit)

190cm and 83kg here so not exactly out of proportion for my size just average..

oddly enough "large" nike and adidas tshirts fit me fine so you would think there joggy tops would too.. I'm convinced nike "large tshirts" have a far longer length and shoulder width than the joggy tops do.

it makes no sense

I also go to the levi shop and buy jeans from there as i always struggle to get the right size as i don't like tight clothes, i even find my suit very uncomfortable because its so tight in the legs When i sit down i have to lift the bottom up. I don't know how people put up with tight clothes, i miss the 90s. :(

I bought some cool trousers from blacks but they are quite baggy and people look at me odd. i find i have to wear a large tshirt (instead of my extra large ones) with a baggy trousers or people driving past shout out and call me gangster or african american.

I found t-shirts from chunk to fit me well, but they're like 30 quid per t-shirt... :p Luckly I bought them from TK Maxx for better price tag :)

Edit

I don't mind the new look of clothes, but I prefer darker/simpler colours like grey, black, white without any stupid graphics of LA or NYC...

Wherever is cheapest, matalan & primark primarily. I spend the least amount possible on clothing, don't care about fashions or brands in the slightest, all that matters is that I'm happy in how I look. Though I've noticed that primark have very odd and out of proportion thigh sizes in their trousers, I'm a 32, but all their jeans, trousers etc seem to be made for people with matchstick legs.

yea thighs and the crotch on jeans is a massive headache for me.
sometimes I go a size up just so my todger doesn't feel like it's being strangled

i buy jeans for 4 or 5 quid from primark. they're just the job for me as i hate spending money on clothes. they last well, don't fade, i really can't fault them. maybe if i stopped to think about the poor buggers who made them.... :p
