What shops do you buy clothes from?

18-20 still living with parents? life gets hard once you have a mortage/rent and all the bills that come with it and suddenly clothes aren't such a priority

Chemical Records for my tshirts normally.

Their own branded ones are some of the best quality ones I've had from there too. Better than a lot of the more expensive ones.

Edit. Omg they closed down in April! Sad times

All over really, but I do like Primark just for plain t-shirts. Can't complain for £3. Tend to spend a bit more on jeans/shoes but there tend to be some good bargains in TK Maxx.

I have never been to TK Maxx, it seems like the wild west of clothes shopping.

A lot of it is total crap, so be prepared to do a lot of sifting. I've picked up a few pairs of Diesel and Levi jeans for less than £20 though so it's usually worthwhile. As arknor says, you get some bargains in their home stuff and sports gear too, though again, a lot of it is rubbish.

I loathe shopping as I know finding something that a) I like b) that fits is hard work so I tend to only do it at the behest of my wife or if the clothes have run out of useful life in them.

I stock up on holiday each year, you don't even need to waste your time sifting around outlet malls because it's all the same price stuff in somewhere like Sears anyway and there is one in every town.

I'm 34 and spend significantly more on items of clothing than I did when I was 18-20.

What's wrong with primark and matalan ?

we ain't 15 years old sticking to brand names only..
I just spend £159 on 2 pairs of trainers and I'd happily where matalan jeans with them.

primark too if they had sizes for tall people

once it's not your parent's money your spending like.......... you will change to :P

What's wrong with Primark and Matalan? The majority of it is cheap, nasty looking, ill fitting crap.
