Kidna wish I'd done that now. Was wanting to reinstall W7 on my SSD today (whilst applying that Crucial firmware update)

All is finally done (yay)
Now my only question is the backup software I should be using. I know Windows 7 has backup software built in, but is it reliable? Also, can I set it to mirror backup certain folders and the like (like a copy and paste) and from then on, it'll monitor for any changes (or backup every so often whatever works best) and will update ONLY what has been changed (aka delete a file here, add a file there) without backing up everything again. I think that's called differential backup.
So, can Windows do that or should I look at some freeware?
