So I have a chance to get a:
Nokia Lumia 800
Motorola Razr
Blackberry Torch 9810
Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S
Samsung Galaxy S II
HTC Sensation XE

Please can I have an honest and un-biased opinion.
Also all have 200 minutes
Unlimited Texts
&500 mb internet
They r on phones4u

And they have a massive up front.

For me it was between the Sensation XE and the Samsung GSII.

I eventually went for the XE after enjoying 1.5 years with a Desire HD and the fact they just feel a lot more quality (build wise). Got my ICS update for it yesterday. Overally, a great phone.

But I would get this.

If you can't stretch to the One X at £26/month, the One S is suitably cheaper and still great.

Either of those in my opinion.

I had the same choice and went for the sensation XE, i love the phone,screens great and its very fast,i decided against the S2 for a couple of reason,it felt alittle cheap to hold,plastic back and tacky plastic button on the front and it didnt have a offscreen notification light which is important to me while at work

i dont regret my choice one bit

This. I've always been wary of sites like that but it looks fine, at least non of those 'send us a letter to get your cashback' shenanigans.

I've had the Razr, SGS2 and the Torch 9810 - I'm now on the Lumia 800 and I'm not budging. I'm in love.

Or if you can afford it and as another alternative this. All three will be excellent phones, go and play with both OS's (and see what the phone sizes feel like) and go from there.
