What should I think about upgrading?

So I've been looking to upgrade some things on my PC. The thing is, I'm not much of a wizard when it comes to parts so I'm not sure what's good and what's not. That's why I'm asking you. I don't have too much to spend, so probably around a £300 budget.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Quad-Core Processor @3.5GHz 8MB Cache
CPU Cooler: Intel E97378-001 CPU Heatsink
Motherboard: Gigabyte H77M-D3H
Memory: Corsair XMS3 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1333 MHz
Storage: Hitachi HDS721050DLE630 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Case: GZ-G2 Plus
PSU: Evo Labs 800W ATX Silent Gaming Modular PC Power Supply PSU
 
SSD would be a must here.
Shame the RAM isn't 1600mhz, but it would take a big chunk out of your budget to replace.
Overclockable motherboard with a heatsink maybe.

I'd probably get 8GB 1600Mhz RAM, a new Z77 motherboard, heatsink & SSD.
 
Not liking the looks of that PSU, I can't find any info on it. Switch that out and add a Z77 motherboard + heatsink to allow for some overclocking on that CPU, and an SSD to speed up your OS and some of your games?
