What should I upgrade to?

I currently have a GTX660, which was fine when I was running one monitor in 1920x1080.

I then bought 2 more monitors, and started playing with NVIDIA surround, but have had to turn down my graphics settings on some games to keep up with the three screens.

So.. I have a 550W PSU...

Do I

1) Get a GTX680 and sell the GTX660?

2) Get a second GTX660, set up SLi, and upgrade to a bigger PSU (850W or so)

Both will cost a similar amount, just can't decide...

Or, what AMD options do you recommend?

Why not a 680?

Not at all value for money. A 7950 isn't too far off a 680, yet it costs £100+ less :)

What's the make and model of your PSU Btw?

To run many more modern games on high settings using 3 monitors, you would realistically need 7950 xfire

I would definetely spend the extra and get the 680 or 7970 if running 3 monitors.

That or 7950 crossfire if you can stretch your budget

The 660 are not very good in sli

What on earth do you mean by that?

@opethedisciple, whilst a 670 is better value than the 680, I think that if the OP will be selling his 660, a 7950 would still offer considerably better value than the 670, along with better performance.

If I were running 3 monitors, I would probably go for the 7970, I wouldn't buy a 680, don't feel they are good value.
