Heh, damn right I do! I reaaaally want to - it would bring my machine up from a mid-range to being high-end(ish)! As much as I'd love to, I barely have two pennies to rub together atm lol. *goes to find a job*
 
It depends largely on what you use it for, as to what should be upgraded first. Getting more RAM would benefit photoshop and encoding etc a lot, getting a faster CPU would be good for games etc.
