not really, pcie 3.0 at 8x as been shown to not really bottle neck anything but the big GPU'sThe 4060 is pcie 4.0 x8 so on a pcie 3.0 system it would only have half the bandwidth and also if warzone is your main game then the similarly priced 6700XT performs much better.

I’m pretty sure it was around 5% on average worse off and up to 30% in some games.
Regardless the 6700XT is already 25% faster in warzone so it’s still the better option for if that’s your main title.
