What should I use to write my new website ?

My website will need PHP/MySQL functionality as users will have the ability to submit data about themselves and an image. All this must be stored, preferably with an image conversion down to a specific size !

Can Macromedia Studio handle that ? I assume it can, and you just type the code in manually ?
What about MS Frontpage ?

Any help appreciated

You can use pretty much any program to type the code in manually (providing you know what you are coding). I'm guess both would do the job, but in all simplicity, Notepad is just as good.

My reccommendation however is to download Notepad++. Truely awesome for simplicity + working with different languanges (php/html).
