Here is my system spec:

Intel Core i3 3220
8GB DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
I have a PCI-Express 3.0 slot and I've drawn a rough estimate (plastic ruler by eye, hence the random 2mm sizes as the ruler doesn't start at 0mm) of the size in my case:
All dimensions are in millimeters. With regards to height I think I have to go with the 102mm value as a lot of the car will be restricted by HDD cables coming out over the top. Like wise because of the fan from the end of the card it will have to be 70mm rather than 125mm.
I think a high card but short would fit or a low but long card. Unfortunately unlike mobos and cases gfx cards don't have standard sizing so I have no idea what sort of cards I should be looking at...
Also, do dual HDMI outputs exist, or should I just get a DVI converter for my second monitor? (no sound output required for sencond monitor as this should be given on the first HDMI port right?)
