What size sticks are recommended for ryzen

Hi atm running 4x8gb sticks but moving these on and I am wondering what the recommended size and how many for a b450 with a 5 5600 running stock atm ?

Team Group 8Pack Edition 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit, but was going to put these in a new server build and order new ones 2x16Gb or whatever is recommended for ryzen ?​

Teamgroup 8pack ram is waisted in a server, just order some cheaper ram for your server.

I would not buy 8GB anymore, too easy to get high density sticks, which are significantly slower.

16GB is usually single rank now, which is slower than dual rank, but easier on the memory controller.

If you buy 32GB sticks, you have the option of using 4 to reach max capacity (though the memory controller may struggle to handle them at high speeds), but I doubt a B450 board will need upgrading beyond 64GB before the CPU is obsolete.
 
Currently running the 4x8sticks but thought I read somewhere that it wasn’t recommended and 2x16 was better
Its working fine so it's a non issue , running 2 X 16gb can be less problamatic though you could end up changing it and that's when problems arise.
