Having moved about 1000ft2 of concrete and about 20m3 of soil over the last year part of me says just do it by hand, but another part says (especially if it's several skip loads and you have the money) save yourself the effort and just hire a digger!

So it is SDS but twice the weight of the one you originally linked to. So a drill wouldn't be as heavy.
