What software for monitoring temperatures?

Trying out Windows 8. It's been a while since I used Windows fully and I must say that I am very impressed. I can see myself moving back to this. Metro is very nice interface and has increased my productivity on Windows (mainly because I now enjoy using it).

Anyways...

What's the go-to free software these days for monitoring temperatures?

i use a gadget called 'All Cpu Meter' that shows loads on your cpu core and ram,
then if you inastall 'Core Temp' this runs in the gadget and shows your cpu temps.

You can download programme's such as Real Temp that will show you temp on your system
as well.

Core Temp is the one I use for CPU temps

Open Hardware Monitor is very good.
