What sort of fps/performance will i be looking at with skyrim?

Ok so i have just pre-purchased skyrim from steam and am wondering to what degree i will be able to run it, im pretty sure ill have it running at a reasonable framerate and graphical quality but if anyone knows whether my rig will max it out or not please let me know :D

motherboard: ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 motherboard
Ram: 8GB KINGSTON BLU DDR3
GFX: VTX3D HD6950 2GB @910/1310
CPU: amd 1055t x6core 3.8ghz
PSU: 800watt icute

will be wanting to play at 1080p

Pretty unlikely it would run smoothly genuinely 'maxed out' I'd say as no doubt that card will struggle 1080p 16xAA with all the DX10/11 performance killers on like SSAO, weird type of AA, DOF etc etc enable, but like the majority of good looking games it will likely still look great if you turn a few settings down a bit.

'Maxed out' is rarely a realistic target, what you should aim for is great visuals and if that means all the sliders are at their limit then that just means you won't be able to improve anything when you get your next upgrade.

SLI GTX 560 tis @ 1000 / 4800 Mhz
Raid 0 sammy F3s
Tagan BZ 1100 watt PSU

People keep on saying I wont be able to play it because I dont have enough Vram.
