What sort of shaver?

What is better, rotary or foil? Or are they generally the same?

And no, i don't want this to be yet another thread filled with the same information on razors, i already have a million and a cut throat, they are used when i feel like treating myself, or at the weekend. My day to day 30 second morning shave is done with an electric. My current one is broke, it was rotary, it's the only one I've ever had and I was wondering if there is any difference between foil and rotary.

Foil certainly seems like it would benefit my sideburns as rotary can be awkward to keep straight ending up with my sideburns getting longer and longer every day of the week

Experiences?

Just off to the post office to pick it up. It came earlier than it should have done, so i was out when it came.

It is supposed to charge for 4 hours on its first run, but i had a quick shave of my chin

. It's really good, the foil feels much nicer on the skin than rotary ones, and it seems to give a better shave.

I'm now having fun fiddling with it and dismantaling it
