Guys,

My sig rig is being moved to be the PC for my home studio. I need a PC where the old one was to carry on with my matched betting and for general surfing, e-mail, youtube, SD video playback, office apps, that sort of thing. No games, video encoding or demanding software at all.

I'm a bit lacking knowledge in lower spec stuff with celeron, G, i3, integrated graphics and all that. What would I need for the lowest possible price and is it worth looking second hand for this need? It needs to run 2 monitors.

I have a 128GB SSD that I can use as the OS drive, Shouldn't need much more space than that.

Cheers for your help.

Cheers mate. Great stuff. When my PC is moved, I'll probably go for the Skylake one. Add my SSD, a couple of cheap but decent 24 inch monitors and an OS. I'll be away. Will probably need an optical drive for the OS though. Thats only another £15 or so though. Actually, it looks like it could as little as £3 second hand!

Save yourself buying one and the hassle of installing it and just make a USB bootable. Handiest thing I have ever done, used across all my PC's laptops and friends build just for a quick and easy installation. Needing an optical to install windows is a thing of the past. :)
