what speck is considered to be a min required for gaming?

im just curious as to the above question as im building a tower and wondering if i could play games with my speck im going to order, obviously a good graphics card is required as well

yes latest games do they have individual min requirements, fancied having a go at f1 2013 but not sure on the min required hardware required thats all

I would say on current hardware, the minimum spec i would recommend for anyone on a budget on a resolution lower than 1080p, would be a A8 trinity build with some speedy RAM to go with it.

Though personal preference plays a lot into this. Not just what games you play but what frame rates you are comfortable with.
