What speed difference is there between the 8 and 16mb cache drives?

I'm going to buy 2 x250gb HD's today for Raid 0. Just wondering if there's much speed difference between these two single platter drives?

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA-II 16MB Cache (ST3250410AS)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA-II 8MB Cache (ST3250310AS)

are we talking only 1-2% in synthetic benchmarks?

Is that with raptors though which had a large performance boost from 8 to 16mb cache?
