What speed should I be getting?

What kind of overclocking should I be getting with this setup (I know every CPU is different and all that, but roughly):

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - OEM 1 £177.99
Gigabyte GA_965P_S3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard 1 £74.99
OcUK 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2 Dual Channel Kit 1 £124.99
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 775) 1 £13.99
Corsair HX 520W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-520HXUK) 1 £59.99

I realise the RAM isnt the best around, but hopefully it will let me hit atleast 3ghz.

You should be able to get at least 3.2GHz I would have thought.

The RAM has the capability to allow that system to run at 3.6GHz, but based on what everyone else is getting then 3.2-3.4GHz is more likely. On the upside you don't need any extra voltage through the CPU to get that and you won't be overclocking the RAM at all.
