I'm thinking of building SQL server on SSD drive, which one would be the best?
I'm looking for 60GB I think. maybe two in RAID0?
What do you guys suggest?

Go for an Intel X25-M, best database performance of mainstream drives (Google around for iometer database benchmarks for proof) and proven reliability. If you can afford it and the drive(s?) are going to be under heavy load, go for the SLC equipped X25-E.

OK, thanks. Are those Intel drives really that good, and better compared to latest vertex 2 or Crucial drives?
