What SSD?

I need to reformat my pc and would like to get a SSD, now I dont know anything about them

could someone reccoment me one?

looking to spend about £100

anything from 100GB and up would be fine
something to just perk my system up not looking for the fastest thing about

if it makes any diffrence im using a PQ5 deluxe

and please forgive my spelling and punctuation
