What steps do I need to do before selling my iPhone?

I've sold my iPhone 6 and want to make sure its ready for its new owner. Obviously I will need to wipe it and factory reset it but what other steps should I take before packing it up and sending it?

I read somewhere that I should switch off 'Find my iPhone'. Anything else required?

Go into iCloud.com and remove it from your account

Or just use the options on the iphone to remove it from your account: Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. It will ask for your Apple account password which will remove it from your account.

Cool, all done now I think, signed out of iTunes, App Store and iCloud. Turned off iMessage and Find my iphone then reset by erasing all content and settings.

Think that's all I need to do now, then just remove the SIM.
