What team do you support

Hey BigT - I thought I was the only Woking FC supporter on this board :D

I'm a firm believer in supporting your local team - and I've lived in Woking all my life - I just couldn't support someone like Chelsea or Arsenal.

Anyway, hang in there - I'm sure results will get better soon - they can't get any worse - can they ? :(

I was disapointed when Yeovil only put 4 past you at huish park when you let in 5 in the game before and the game after, something is up the manager you have is better than that but if it carrys on will he be given time?
youve got a good player in piper, its a shame he wouldnt go full time for us,
and patmore another player we shouldnt have let go so easy but i do feel we are better without him now though,
(dont tell any other yeovil fans i said that about patmore they will kill me)

Mansfield town!!! ***Ya what ??? Who???*** I Like to support my local team, and not some untoppable high-flyer :p ! We usually hang around the lower depths of the second division, and have conceeded more goals than any other National side so far...top quality eh ;) You have to be a real supporter when your team are the county's laughing stock! Mind you we beat Tranmere 6-1, so things are looking better ;)

Yes supporting one's local team can be great fun. Remember West Brom, Everton and Coventry in the FA Cup?

The other thing about smaller, local teams is that you can get more involved with the club. As a school kid, me and my mates were excited by becoming part time stewards or programme sellers. A few of us even played for Woking's feeder youth teams and you really thought you might get somewhere. That's something I just don't get supporting the mighty Spurs.

Liverpool for 26 years and counting :D :D
Can't get to Anfield as much as I would like but go at least 4 times a season and also go to their away games at Newcastle and Sunderland and sometimes even down to the smoggies

Manchester United

I've supported United since the day I first watched a football match. When the likes of Bryan Robson and Steve Bruce graced the Theatre of Dreams.

Their cavalier, attacking football was nothing short of breath-taking....how could I support any other team?
