I've already done a full upgrade about 2 months ago. Consequently, there's little besides GPU + Monitor/TVs that I'm looking forward to for the next 4-5 years, and for those it's really only about price drops (OLED 4K). No rush.
When I need it I guess. I'm fortunate enough to be able to resist the shiney shiney bug, and I'll only upgrade when I need to.
My 4790k has to live in a cabinet at present so there's headroom for overclocking once it's not so oxygen starved. I get very excited about new tech and like looking into it but I'm resisting the platform upgrade bug.
I will however be supporting AMD as long as they carry on as they are.
Next upgrade will be 144hz 4K or UHD monitor and big Vega as long as it's positioned well; my second hand 980 is starting to show its age since I sold the second one.
Waiting for a huge bump in GPU Price/performance before I upgrade, I don't pay more than £250-300 for a GPU, and for that price I still don't get much of an upgrade from my r9 290
