Im not sure what to look at, and the strange thing is the temp on the left gets to around 59degrees under load even on stock clocks, is this a misread

this is very high for your cpu, you should be looking at 55 as a safe max temp.
i also use coretemp, so i do trust it, but try downloading realtemp, do the temps match?

what cooler have you got?
as its a new board, try remounting the cooler, as you remove it, have a look at the old paste spread, this is a good indicator if you applied it properly.

personally i would do a remount, as those temps are very high for a stock 1090t.

I'm running a freezer 7 pro with artic silver ceramique 2 I did have a few problems mounting and I wasn't too sure about how to apply I went with the pea method with pressure' my idle temps are good but the load is bad, b4 when I was using the pre applied compound it still reached 60 I'm not sure what temp it's reading it may be the northbridge either way I need to upgrade my cooling

I think I've solved it, on these asrock extreme 800 boards they have problems with temps I just noticed in the bios it said my CPU was 50 at stock and under stress asrock says 60+ even though the system seems fine but it turns out these readings are wrong and I should focus on the core temps hopefully fix this in later updates
