That's more then fine.... AMD CPU's tend to loose stability above 55c so if you're overclocking try and get it below that.
Forget the software, the pump runs at a constant speed, it's only the fans that get adjusted but change them for some quieter fans like I did.
Or take the stock Antec ones and run them on a fan controller.
Oh and im Running stock with the auto turbo option in the Bios.. so would normaly run @ 3.2Ghz but with the turbo i belive it runs at 3.7Ghz...
Thanks Almighty![]()
I never once, seen my 1075T turbo up a level... AMD's turbo implementation in Thuban was broken.
Here ya go Almighty look at the CPU speed when i run Prime 95

and DXdiag says this is my CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
That's overclocked dude... AMD's turbo implementation on Thuban an doesn't boost all 6 cores, it only boosts half of them.
So your board must be applying a small factory overclock.
No, only 3 cores will turbo up to 3.7Ghz and only when the other 3 cores are at idle, that is how turbo works with Thuban based CPU's.
As yours is applying turbo to all 6 cores your motherboard is applying a small overclock/tweak.
