The thermal specification for the e6300 is 61.4C, this implies that the chip will have maximum life expectancy if this temp is not exceeded in everyday use. In actuality the chip will continue to operate above this temperature but it is not advisable.
The chip will protect itself by throttling when it reaches too high a temp, IIRC the P4 used to do this at around 75C.
Your temps sound pretty ok to me but if you're planning on any major OCs then I'd looks at something like the Tuniq Tower or water cooling.
