What the cleanest way to channel a wall for speaker wire ??

I ended up using really small curved trunking for now....

Skirting boards are normally little lower then wallmounted TV & speakers

I bought the curved trunking from B&Q in guernsey...

Am thinking of only painting the white speaker trunking the same colour as the wall and leaving the black trunking leading up to the screen in black....

Am not sure yet.I may also end up painting the black trunking the same colour as the wall as well..I wait and see what the speaker trunking looks like after i painted it..
