Does anyone remember that PS1 game... Let me explain.

Right as far as I can remember it was a car game, and there was lots of people/cars to choose from, like a hotdog van, school bus, a pink car, a alien spaceship, and basically they all had their own special attacks and you would go around a map killing each other and going out and in buildings.

I know this is very very vague but it has just come into my mind and is an old game which I cannot remember for the life of me what the game is called!
 
For some reason this is making me think Die Hard Trilogy, even though I know that's a taxi. Did it have some other game mode or cheat mode
 
After reading this thread and remembering playing a similar game I decided to type in "Rogue Trip Ice Cream" into Google, I was met, on the very first page, by an old man's genitalia. :-/

The game I was after was Felony 11-79 which has absolutely nothing to do with ice cream trucks or old peoples bits :o
