What the hekk is this noise?

Was doing some video work/rendering on my rig the other day, new PSU and new H110, not heard it ever make this before!

is the PC doing anything while its happening?

Sounds like the pump to me. RMA if it's new.

Disconnect power to each unit for a moment and see which stops squeaking. Very brief disconnect on AIO pump power.

Bobybobp - it was rendering a video at the time.

2nd flipping RMA on the h110 if it's that. Grr.

Does it only happen when you are writing something to disk? If it is then the best case scenario is it could be the HDD (i can't really tell where the noise is coming from).

If not then most likely a pump failure of some sort.

I was reading and writing to external disks and not using the mechanical drive internally. OS is on an SSD. Such a faff getting that rad in and out of my case.

Sounds more than likely the pump or a squeaky fan bearing.
