What the hell is iTunes!?

I install iTunes to organize my music into folders and grab high quallity artwork, then its back to Foobar2000 0.8.3 (.9 is still a little err for me) with my plugins.

Never really liked iTunes myself. Started using Winamp a number of years back and have stuck with it - there's too much I like about it than no other media player does (or does as well).

If they improve the media library in Winamp, it'll be perfect. The current one, while advanced, is missing some nice features.

I used to hate iTunes. It felt rigid and bulky becasue I was used to using my time-worn sorted-folder method of organization. As time passed I grew to appreciate the database system of library management. I really like being able to type a word or two in the search box and be listening to the requested song in mere seconds. It's a lot quicker, IMO, than my old method when you have many gigs of CDs in your library. Now if only they'd add Ogg Vorbis support...
