"Diffing" as they call it is all the rage in Ireland now. All the spideys are driving Toyota AE86 Corollas, Sierras, Omegas and E30 BMWs, anything that's cheap and has RWD. They have "diff events" where they spend an entire night in big groups watching cars "diff" round in circles.

I don't get it tbh.

Nope, they call it "Diffin'", i.e. going round in circles. An event where people meet to diff is called a diff

I think it's a reference to the differential as most of these spides have theirs welded up.
