What time does your post arrive?

For the past few months, between about 12:00-14:00. Just over a year ago, when I was still at sixth-form, it nearly always came at about 11:15, and I'd normally see the postie doing his rounds while walking back home during break to collect my books for the rest of the day. Years ago, though, like with many of you, it regularly came early in the morning, often between about 07:30 and 08:30.

I had a chat with my postman. Apparently the temps who work with them are just so lazy that they don't actually post anything. He also said that to comply with policy of the RM he would be repositioned (no clue why). Lastly he mentioned that the RM were trying to make all posties drive instead of walk.

My post comes around 12:30 :(

Usually between 9.30 and 10.30.

I don't get home til atleast 5pm, so I really couldn't give a toss what time it comes at.

A couple of months ago it was coming around 9am. These days it seems to be turning up anywhere between say 11am and 3pm.

This. Not sure if they have less posties now or something, so takes longer?

Nope the rounds are getting bigger and bigger! Not like it used to be, mega hard work being a postal worker even more-so those that do the walking duty's, the new modernisation means post is 9.30to2.00 according to Royal Mail, it can be later if its a mega busy day you may be the last street just luck of the draw in which way the postie does the round I suppose, more things in life than worry about what time the post arrives.

About a year ago it used to come at 7.30am mon-fri and 7am on a saturday. Now it's 10am and 9am. It's the same postie everyday and you can set your watch by him.

He feeds your dogs? 0_o

Yes, it took me ages to get them to just bark a couple of times and leave it.

Since this postie has been on the job he/she has been posting biscuits through the letter box to them. They probably think that they are being friendly to them, but all they are doing is giving the dogs a treat when they bark at the door.

Now its so bad that they have ripped off the letter box cover to try and get at the biscuits and my first Amateur Photographer magazing subscription has massive teeth mark in them.

I've been unable to speak to postie yet as its only been about a month and I work shifts. :(
